Installation Instructions
Compatibility: This update can be installed on the Middle Eastern (and African) Huawei P8 variants already running a C185 based firmware onboard.
- Download the appropriate Zip package and extract its contents.
- Transfer the extracted “dload” folder to the external microSD card.
- Take a full backup of all your important data using Huawei’s native Backup app.
- Now open the dialer app and enter *#*#2846579#*#*
- In the Project menu, go to Software Upgrade > SDCard Upgrade > Ok
- Your phone will automatically reboot and install the new update.
